Re: UK Arena Tour

Do we know if these will be all ages or is there any where I can find out? Thinking of doing a family weekend in Edinburgh as a mini holiday with the FT gig on the Saturday night as a highlight.

Re: Is anyone else getting a bit bored with the setlists?

And, to be fair to Frank, for the two shows in Brooklyn, as he was aware a lot of the crowd were going to both nights, the set list was changed a fair bit. Again showing that the set list is chosen for the majority of the crowd.

Re: The "Everything Is Shit" Thread

I had a massive bleed yesterday, but more 'with it' today. Even when out of it yesterday I told the doctor we were going away this week. He agreed to doing an MRCP (MRI) and flexi sig before I go then an endoscopy when I get back.

Thank you all for being so lovely. I'm all kinds of terrified.

Re: The "Everything Is Shit" Thread

This week I missed taking my boys in a camper van to Warwick Castle, missed taking them to Alton Tower's for Felix's birthday, missed seeing some of my best friends, and seeing Frank, in Hatfield and it's looking like I'm going to be unable to take the boys on holiday to France next week and that I'...

Re: Hatfield Show

I am so gutted that I missed this; was obviously looking forward to Frank but was also very eager to see Sam Russo.

And CJ - you just made me cry. Thank you, lovely. You guys have pulled me through some shit and are doing so again. You lovely people. Xx

Re: Warm up show at Hatfield Forum?

I'm in hospital so can't go. It's atrocious that was their attitude - it's discrimination. Can you email me, Sarah? I work with Attitude is Everything who'd be really interested in knowing why this is their stance. Suze at prettylittlewebsites dot co dot uk. You should never be made to feel humiliat...

Re: Warm up show at Hatfield Forum?

They haven't got back to me... Which is pretty poor. I wouldn't manage to stand at all (as you know!). I'll ring them tomorrow and ask for us both. Xx

Re: The I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY Thread

Thanks MP. I'm looking to start training in 3 years, which will give me more freedom in terms of commitments at 'home'. I'm reading reading reading for now and volunteering at a local children's hospice (very interested in palliative care). Pretty certain I want to do it now, it's just if I can. Gulp.

Re: Help please - Tube from Paddington to KX

Bella!

There is (at least one) bus that goes from Paddington to Kings Cross (it can even be quicker than the tube). The 205 is the one that springs to mind, if you look on the TFL website and uncheck the box that says 'tube' it will give you the bus routes and where they go from :)

Re: Books?

I'm currently reading Extremes by Dr. Kevin Tong (he presents a lot of the medical Horizon programmes on the BBC). It is absolutely fascinating - the human body is incredible. It's not too scientific, with loads of anecdotes. Definitely worth a read if you fancy something different. The human body i...

Re: be thankful you don't have brothers frank

I'm really lucky. My brother and I didn't speak for about 8 years (my parents had a very acrimonious divorce and my brother lived with my dad and I stayed with my mum), but over the last few years we've become really close and he's just moved two minutes down the road so he's able to see me and his ...

Re: The I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY Thread

Ah, I'm totally not up to it yet, physically, but I'll need to do at least a couple of years of pre-application stuff by which time I better bloody be better.
