Lovely. You should post this on the FTA Facebook group...

Re: UK Tour - November

Notts and manc for me, possibly others nearer the time. Supposed to be working at 6am the day after the Notts show, should probably look at getting that off!

PSFNP

Its entirely possible that I've missed something really obvious here, but figured it was funnier to attempt to guess what the acronym stands for. Ben Morse posted on Twitter that someone suggested Please Send Frank New Pants, which I like, came up with a couple more: Pete Says Frank Never Poos Pleas...

Re: Non-Frank Gigs

I would love to see another Dawn Chorus show. We never actually made it in the end. Leeds is a massive dick to drive around at the best of times, add massive road closures to the mix and all in all a spectacular fail. Ended up miles away at the time he was supposed to be on with no idea how to get ...

Re: Non-Frank Gigs

Really looking forward to seeing Kyle Evans (of RSP/Dawn Chorus fame) playing a solo show in Leeds tomorrow*. He's talking about doing some Dawn Chorus stuff, which is very exciting. Anyone else heading down?

*by 'tomorrow' I obviously mean later today, (13th April) stupid night shifts

Re: Book

Just got to the 1000th show, and just seeing it written out sent shivers down my spine. I've said this before, many times, but I really can't overstate how much that gig changed things for me, at a time I really needed it. I met people there that have gone on to be some of my closest friends, spent ...

Re: Book

On nights at the moment, which is giving me the perfect opportunity to get stuck into the book. As a result, I have The Road stuck in my head 24/7, not the whole thing, just Frank yelling 'one more FUCKING time' before the final chorus (live) As lines go it's not the best thing to want to yell/sing ...

Re: UK Book Tour

I went to the book tour in Brum last night and it was ace. Really good to just listen to Ian and Frank talking and hear some excellent stories. He also played pretty much my favourite song from each of his albums, which though I'm sure was coincidence, was very good of him, heh. Had a great night :D

Re: Most seen live act

I counted this up (and updated my signature) the other night. Frank leads the way, last night's book show made it 28, which isn't bad in 4 years, (I'm mostly blaming Blonde for this) 2nd I'm really not sure. I saw the Levellers A LOT as a kid, or Feeder, or possibly Ben Marwood.

Re: Name my dog

My housemate asked Frank for a name for our kitten, he suggested Captain Cat (which I liked but the boys weren't keen on) He also asked Greg off of Dillinger Escape Plan, who suggested Doom Tiger, which j thought was awesome.

Not sure how he ended up as Milo...

I'd love to go, but budgeting a London trip right before Christmas isn't likely unfortunately.
