Not just me then. I've been applying for loads of jobs over the last 6-8 weeks and don't seem to be getting close. All jobs pretty much identical to the one I've been doing for the last 3 years plus. Hell it seems so competitive out there. The idea of disappearing out of the country for a little whi...

What did people think of Funeral Party?? I went to Cargo last night and thought they were pretty good live. Having said that they didn't grab me enough to make me want to see them again/purchase the album/etc. As for Cargo. I liked the layout and the look of the venue, but the drinks are a whole dif...

Justin Currie at Union Chapel Sunday night just gone. Not sure whether many on here listen to his stuff/Del Amitri, but he was superb. Screwed up a few times, but it took nothing away from the performance. And really like the Union Chapel as a venue.

I've never been to Hammersmith either, but seen a few gigs at Brixton. Even being on the tall side I find the sloping floor really makes a difference. And the areas not that bad ... is it?? There have been times when I haven't been offered drugs or approached by a lady of the night. Anyway looks lik...
