Re vacuity of Tories: it's in the logo, innit? A fully mature oak rots from the inside and becomes completely hollow. Still nice to look at and surprisingly resilient in bad weather, but empty and heartless all the same. One of the truly great logo own goals. Ha. That is brilliant. Why, thank you.
