I went into town to get Bioshock 2 the day it came out, having pre-ordered it.

I completely glazed over the fact that it's 18-rated.

I'm 18 in 2 weeks.

Damn it.

Going to be going into town to get Bioshock 2 next week, saw this online and am tempted to see if they have any of these in store. I don't have an LP player, but the soundtrack and art-book might make the extra spend worth it (possibly): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=McLQx6R1QQo&feature=player_embe...

I hear Scribblenauts is awesome. As for Japanese ones, Dragon Quest is meant to be one of the best, in Japan it regularly outsells Final Fantasy, or so I'm told. I got my sister Scribblenauts for her birthday and she loves it (but also frustrated by it in equal measure). I have just completed Dead ...

Got Borderlands for Christmas, completed it yesterday. As awesome as the game is the ending is a bit bollocks. Hopefully the zombie DLC will redeem that. Yeah, the ending wasn't great. When it comes to the DLC though, I'm doubtful. I don't think it'll really be worth the spend. So, anybody get any ...

I gave my 360 away to my little brother, it started gathering dust. Once the games I had lost any single-player entertainment I lost interest. Didn't seem worth it to pay £50 for a year's worth of multiplayer when you get multiplayer free on PC (and usually with less whiny pre-teens screaming over v...

My issue is that I would have to download each and every one of the games. It's horrific effort and I find steam to be quite slow on the downloading front. On the other hand - on a 500gig hard disk I could hold all those games and never need to uninstall them. Gah. Decisions. I find Steam tends to ...

Never played it, so can't really comment on how impressive a feat that is.

Bought the THQ complete pack, so a lot of extra gaming to go through. Red Faction: Guerilla is shaping up to be a lot of fun, and Saints Row 2 seems pretty good too, although I've only played about half an hour of it so far.

Yup, download only, in that the games get tied to your account to download and play as and when you want.

If it's physical copies you're looking for, it'll be costing you a whole lot more, I'm afraid.

If anybody's interested, Steam's sales are popping up some amazing deals on games, and they're changing each day till Tomorrow. They also have deals on some of their game-packs, which last till Monday. I'm definitely getting http://store.steampowered.com/sub/2539/ . Too much gaming awesome for such ...

Nice choices on most of the parts I'd say, quite an impressive machine for the price. Surprised about the price on pretty much all of it, actually. But then I haven't actively shopped for components for a while, so I suppose they've dropped further than I'd guess. With regards to a PSU, generally it...

Fuck I'm jealous. I absolutely loved L4D and I'm contemplating building a totally new PC just to play L4D 2, Empire: Total War and Fallout 3 (on higher graphics). Speaking of which - Would I be justified in paying £550 for a new PC? I mean, is this too much money? I've been obsessing over the idea ...

My favourite feature of the game is the chainsaw, that is fucking brutal. I especially like how you can use it to cut a smoker's tongue if you get caught so you don't have to rely on team mates or spastic AI. I take back what I said earlier about the AI having improved. I've had to restart sections...

So, on a completely unrelated-to-the-current-discussion note, but a quite-related-to-the-thread-topic one, my WoW account has been hacked. Haven't played it in a few months now, but it's still active (till early December), and just got an email notifying me the password had been changed. I swiftly ...

Left 4 Dead 2. LEFT 4 DEAD TWO! I HAVE IT! :D Mine's downloading now! :D I won it in a contest at http://www.halflife2.net/forums/showthread.php?t=163373 . They were giving away 5 copies, and to win you had to write a love-poem to the Spitter. :P Saved me £30-odd quid, so I am mucho-happy. And yeah...
